Target Group has its own inhouse promotion department with more than 25 years of experience in promoting and market Danish and international artists.

Through the years we have promoted and marketed everything from Morissey, Mugison and Motörhead to Mike Patton, Beth Hart and Joe Bonamassa, and on our home front we have been behind the launch of album from among others Malk De Koijn, Volbeat, The Floor Is Made Of Lava, Ibrahim Electric, The Storm, Kellermensch, A Kid Hereafter and Pretty Maids. This wide array of artists has equipped us to navigate safely within the Danish music industry, regardless if it concerns dialogue with media, graphic artists, directors, photographers, sponsors or other external collaborators.

Therefore counseling and dialogue is an important part of the first stage in the promotion and marketing work. In close collaboration with the artist and record companies we represent we devise elaborate strategies on how we in the best way possible communicate the message for each individual artist clearly to the Danish press. In consultation we plan a timeline for the activity, contribute eagerly to the construction of sharp and precise press releases and biographies, and in that way get a relevant profile of the individual artist. An extensive promotion plan is the backbone in our work.

We are in contact with the collective Danish media on a daily basis whether it’s daily newspapers, free newspapers, magazines, TV or radio, and we plug regularly at P3 and P4. We are likewise often present in the Danish live environment, and plan just as happily press activities in connection with performance on Roskilde Festivals Orange stage, as for a small intimate listening session or release party. Again it’s all about making sure that the focus is on the artists profile and message.

Igennem årene har vi promoveret og markedsført alt fra Morrissey, Mugison og Motörhead til Mike Patton, Beth Hart, Joe Bonamassa og Editors.

På den hjemlige front har vi stået bag lanceringen af albums for bl.a. Malk De Koijn, Volbeat, The Floor Is Made Of Lava, Pede B, Ponyblod, Ibrahim Electric, The Storm, Kellermensch, A Kid Hereafter, Pretty Maids og Peter Belli.

Den brede vifte af kunstnere har rustet os til at navigere hjemmevant rundt i den danske musikbranche og varetage dialog med medier, grafikere, instruktører, fotografer, sponsorer eller andre eksterne samarbejdspartnere.

Vi samarbejder tæt med de kunstnere og pladeselskaber vi repræsenterer og udarbejder uddybende strategier for, hvordan vi bedst muligt kommunikerer budskabet for hver enkelt artist tydeligst ud til den danske presse.

Vi planlægger i samråd en tidslinje for aktiviteten, bidrager til udformningen af skarpe og præcise pressemeddelelser og biografier og får ad den vej tegnet en aktuel profil for den enkelte artist. En udførlig promoplan er rygraden i vores arbejde.

Vi har daglig kontakt til de samlede danske dagblade, gratisaviser, månedsmagasiner, TV eller radio, og der plugges jævnligt hos P3 og P4. Vi er ligeledes flittigt tilstede i det danske live-miljø, og tilrettelægger ligeså presseaktiviteter forbundet med optræden på Roskilde Festivals Orange scene som for en intim lyttesession eller releasefest.
